Do I need to link a card?+
No. Just activate a deal in the app and shop through the link. You can pay however you normally do.
How do I get my cash back?+
Cash back is added to your Carlos rewards, alongside what you earn from Earn. Redeem it as a gift card right in the app.
Does Cashback cost anything?+
No. Cash back deals are free for every Carlos member.
Why didn’t my purchase earn cash back?+
Purchases need to start from the Carlos link and be confirmed by the store. Ad blockers, coupon codes from other sites, or returns can prevent cash back. Contact support@getcarlos.com if something looks wrong.
